Terms of Service

Keyers ("we", "us", the "Platform") is a skill-based competition platform. The moment you register an account or use any of our sites, applications, APIs, or connected services, you accept these Terms along with our Privacy Policy, Match Rules, and every other policy we publish (together, the "Agreement"). Read them before playing. If any part doesn't sit right with you, don't use the Platform.

• Tokens — the balance you collect or buy and use to enter matches and features on the Platform. Tokens are not legal tender, are non-transferable outside the Platform, and may only be redeemed through the withdrawal options we offer.
• Skill Match — a contest whose outcome rests on player ability, such as a 1v1, 2v2, or tournament match. Keyers offers skill-based competition only; we do not operate games of chance.
• Entry Fee — the Tokens staked to enter a match, held by the Platform until the match settles.
• Prize Pool — the Tokens paid to the winning side after the platform fee.

• Age & capacity — you must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and legally able to form a binding contract.
• Location — use of the Platform is only permitted where skill-based competition for prizes is legal. It is your responsibility to confirm it is legal where you live; residents of jurisdictions that prohibit paid skill gaming may not enter paid matches.
• One account — every person is limited to a single Keyers account. Duplicate accounts, or accounts built on false information, may be closed and their balances voided.
• Tax — any taxes owed on prizes are your responsibility. We may ask you to confirm your tax residency where the law requires it.

Keep the details you give us truthful, guard your login credentials, and tell us as soon as you notice anything suspicious on your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your login. We reserve the right to pause or reclaim usernames and accounts that violate these Terms or our other policies.

Match outcomes are reported by the players and verified by our systems and moderators. To keep the playing field level we may review match evidence, chat logs, and account activity, and may require proof (such as screenshots or recordings) before settling a disputed match. Refusing to cooperate with an integrity review can result in suspension or the loss of prizes.

Do not:

• Break the law or infringe another player's rights
• Cheat, collude, smurf, or abuse bugs or exploits
• Submit false match results — this may result in a permanent ban
• Sell, buy, or transfer Tokens or accounts for money outside the Platform
• Share content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes on others
• Attack, probe, or undermine the Platform or its security

Breaking these rules may cost you your account, any balances you hold, and — where the law demands it — a report to the authorities.

• Buying Tokens — Tokens can be purchased through our accepted payment options. Deposited amounts are not refundable except where the law requires.
• Free Tokens — we may hand out Tokens as promotions, rewards, or bonuses. Promotional Tokens may carry play-through requirements before withdrawal.
• Winnings — Tokens won in matches become withdrawable through the payout options we offer.
• Errors & fraud — any balance credited through error or fraud may be reversed or cancelled.

• Entry — entry is paid in Tokens and escrowed by the Platform until the match settles. Both players must stake before a match starts.
• Results — both sides report their result; the Platform settles when they agree. Conflicting reports go to a correction window and then to staff, whose decision is final.
• Cancellations — a match with both sides staked can only be cancelled if both sides agree, or by staff. We may void a match when necessary to keep things fair, follow the law, or deal with technical problems; where we reasonably can, entry fees are returned.
• Match Rules — detailed play rules (AFK timers, glitches, disconnects, spectators, and more) are published on our Rules page and form part of this Agreement.

• Deposits — when you buy Tokens you authorize us (and our payment processors) to bill your chosen payment method. Your provider may add its own fees. Crypto deposits are credited after the transaction is verified.
• Withdrawals — winnings may be withdrawn through the payout methods we offer at the time (for example cryptocurrency). We may ask for identity verification before completing a withdrawal.
• Chargebacks — disputing a legitimate charge with your bank or payment provider can result in suspension and the pursuit of any debt owed.

When you request a withdrawal you provide only the destination needed for that payout — such as a crypto wallet address. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification, a minimum balance, play-through requirements on bonus funds, and review for fraud or anti-money-laundering purposes.

What we do not store: we never hold your bank account number, card number, CVV, or banking logins. Card payments are handled entirely by regulated third-party payment processors on their own PCI-DSS-compliant systems — those details never touch our servers.

What we keep: only the minimum needed to process a payout — the destination you entered, the amount, date, and status — plus records required for tax, accounting, and anti-money-laundering compliance.

Your responsibility: double-check every payout destination before submitting. Transfers to an incorrect wallet address cannot be reversed once sent.

To meet anti-money-laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), and age-verification obligations, we may ask you for documents such as a government-issued ID or proof of address. If we cannot verify you, we may restrict or close your account.

Everything on the Platform — code, artwork, branding, and trademarks — is owned by Keyers or its licensors. You get a narrow license to use it solely for your own personal, non-commercial play. Fortnite and other game titles are the property of their respective owners; Keyers is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games.

We occasionally link to outside websites for your convenience. Those sites are beyond our control and we take no responsibility for what they contain or how they operate.

The Platform is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. So far as the law permits, we don't promise it will run without interruption or mistakes, nor that it will live up to your expectations.

Except where the law requires otherwise, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.

If your activity on the Platform causes us legal trouble, you agree to defend us and cover the resulting costs and damages, reasonable legal fees included.

We can pause or end your account whenever we have reason to believe you've broken these Terms or the law. Our administrators and moderators may act against any account — typically after exploiting, rule-breaking, or other misconduct as Keyers judges it — and are not obliged to explain the reasoning behind a ban or restriction. Provisions meant to outlast the Agreement, such as our liability limits, remain in force after termination.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Keyers is operated, save for any local laws that must apply to you as a consumer. Where permitted, disputes will first be addressed through our support channel before any formal proceedings.

These Terms may be revised from time to time; continuing to use the Platform after a revision means you accept the updated version. If any portion is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the policies they reference, form the complete agreement between you and Keyers.
